
Meet Katrina
Katrina Montez (Taylor) Felton is a certified Health and Life Coach and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. Katrina is a U.S. Army Medical Services Corp officer, with twenty years of service. In addition to her daily duties as a Medical Human Resources and Operations Officer in the Army, she also serves as a registered Suicide Prevention trainer and Master Resilience Trainer.
Katrina is known by her fellow soldiers, friends and family for having a passion for people. She often supports, motivates and encourages others to always do and be their best no matter what. She believes that there is a reason and a purpose for everything in life.



Katrina is a huge promoter of mental health and wellness, self-care and doing whatever makes you happy and brings joy to your life.
She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sirority, Inc
She enjoys traveling and experiencing new things, especially with her two sons (Keion and Derion) whom she affectionately refers to as her “sonshines”.
